On average, our time-to-fill is around 20 working days from posting the role to offer acceptance. In many cases, relevant candidates are introduced within 3-7 working days of engaging the search.

Yes! Our services to job-seekers are completely free. You pay no fees to us when you apply for jobs via Nedera Solutions.
We help you secure the right job across Europe, the USA and the Middle East not just in one country. If you’re open to relocating or working remotely in one of these regions, we’ll explore suitable opportunities with you.
While language requirements depend on the role and region, many of our roles are aimed at internationals fluent in English (and, depending on the job, a second language). We’ll review each job’s requirements together and help you present your strengths you don’t always need to be fluent in the local language.
Securing the correct work permit, visa or relocation approval is ultimately the candidate’s and employer’s responsibility. We do not directly handle work-permits, but we will support you by clarifying what is required for each role and connecting you with relevant guidance.

It depends on the role and how closely your profile aligns with the requirements. We aim to respond within a few working days if you haven’t heard from us within 5 working days, it often means the role has moved on. We encourage you to continue exploring other roles in the meantime.

While we don’t directly handle relocation logistics (such as accommodation or moving services), we can point you toward trusted partners and resources. For roles in the USA or Middle East, we’ll inform you of visa and permit conditions so you’re prepared.
